Commercial Superintendent - Light Industrial

Commercial Superintendent:
Industrial Manufacturing/ Healthcare/ Mission Critical

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site execution for light industrial and large heavy commercial construction projects.

This role is responsible for field leadership, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, quality control, schedule performance, and project closeout.

• Lead daily jobsite operations, including site logistics, manpower planning, and subcontractor coordination.
• Enforce safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment for all trades.
• Maintain field quality standards and ensure work is installed per plans and specifications.
• Support schedule planning and execution, including sequencing and short-term look-ahead planning.
• Maintain accurate daily reporting, site documentation, and issue tracking.
• Identify problems early, communicate clearly, and drive practical solutions.
• Manage punch list and field closeout activities through final acceptance.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with a general contractor.
• Degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of building processes, field execution, and best practices.
• Proficiency with common construction software and documentation tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).
• OSHA training/certification preferred.
• Ability to work on active jobsites, including extended standing/walking and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Core Build: Core & Shell in manufacturing/industrial construction, building’s structural frame and envelope (foundations, steel/concrete structure, exterior walls, tilt walls, and roof), delivered ready for MEP rough-ins and interior buildout.
