Responsibilities- Support of Superintendent
- Collect subcontractor manpower reports
- Fill out daily reports
- Handle deliveries
- Solve problems — if the assistant cannot solve, present to Superintendent
- Supervise Specific Part of Project
- Coordinate subcontractors with help from Superintendent
- Direct Grunley manpower
- Read, understand, and communicate information from construction drawings and specifications
- Safety
- Perform safety meetings
- Monitor project for unsafe conditions
- Give direction to correct unsafe conditions
- Coordination
- Coordinate work with subcontractors
- Coordinate Grunley work with schedule
- Tools
- Maintain tools
- Inventory tools
- Required
Education:
High School Diploma - Required Experience
- Minimum three (3) years as a Foreman or Field Engineer with knowledge of multiple construction trades.
- In lieu of degree, eight (8) years of construction experience with knowledge of multiple construction trades.
- Required Certifications
- 10‑hour OSHA
- CPR Certified
- First Aid Certified (current or able to obtain before project start date)
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Capable of learning new technical and non‑technical information and applying it in the field in short time periods.
- Able to take and give direction and communicate clearly with staff at all levels of field operations.
- Self‑starter who can execute and complete assigned activities.

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00‑$.
