General Superintendent Opportunity – Lead Major Commercial Projects with a Top

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year

• 10+ years of commercial construction field experience
• Experience as a Superintendent overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects
• Previous experience leading multiple Superintendents and field teams
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Proficiency with project scheduling and construction management software
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience driving project safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Ability to identify and resolve field issues proactively
• Experience mentoring and developing Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites as needed
