What

your day-to-day will look like:
  • Manage end-to-end project execution including scope definition, schedule adherence, budget control, and quality assurance while serving as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, seamless communication, and collaborative problem‑solving
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budget tracking systems, and risk registers to proactively identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies before they impact delivery
  • Review and process contractor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), change orders, and payment applications to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely approvals
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify adherence to quality control standards, and ensure full compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Facilitate project meetings including design reviews, construction coordination sessions, and client status updates to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project phases
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports that provide clear visibility into project health, milestone achievement, and any emerging risks or opportunities
  • Maintain organized project files including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and closeout documentation to ensure audit readiness and support effective knowledge transfer
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing construction or development projects from initiation through closeout
