Nex Gen Contracting, the self-perform arm of Gray Construction, is seeking a Construction Layout Manager-Concrete Division to lead layout and field engineering on multiple projects across the region. You will supervise layout crews, review drawings for accuracy, and coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and safety teams to ensure quality and on-time performance.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of field layout, strong survey and CAD/BIM skills, and a willingness to travel up to 75%.
