DMV (Must be able to travel to projects across N.VA)

I'm partnered with a historic East Coast General Contractor looking to bring on a strong Lead Superintendent to run Multi-Family, Mixed-Use and Commercial projects across the DMV with a specific focus on upocming projects in Northern Virginia.

This is a genuine growth hire - the GC has won large scale projects $60M+ and are looking for leadership to have full autonomous control of these projects offering a strong progression pathway. A large portion of their pipeline is negotiated work, they have long-standing developer relationships, and a steady backlog of exciting projects to run.

You'll be joining a wider, well-structured field and support team on these projects allowing you to plan the schedule as you see fit. There's infrastructure in place, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full on-site leadership of project teams, subcontractors and field staff
• Owning schedule, safety, quality and budget performance on-site
• Client and design team-facing responsibilities throughout construction
• Mentoring junior Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents

What They're Looking For:

• Experience running Commercial and/or Multi-Family projects $30M+ as lead Superintendent
• Strong communication, decision-making and organizational skills
• Ambitious, hard-working and motivated to grow within a company
