Procon seeks an experienced night shift Superintendent to support after-hours renovation at a secured federal facility in Washington, DC. You will coordinate with the General Contractor, federal stakeholders, and subcontractors to maintain security, quality, and schedule while minimizing disruption to building occupants.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction supervision, occupied-renovation experience, and an active Top Secret clearance.
