  • Partner with the Strategy & Acquisition team to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Provide executive leadership to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects across safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Lead preconstruction efforts, including constructability reviews, project planning, logistics, and client presentations.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and risk management activities.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach project leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and career growth.
  • Represent Coakley & Williams Construction within industry organizations, networking groups, and community events.
  • Champion innovation, operational excellence, and the use of construction technology across the business.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with a successful track record of growing client relationships and delivering profitable projects.
  • Commensurate experience in managing complex construction projects specifically those in premier corporate interior spaces, multiple project teams, accurate financial reporting and proven positive project financial results with demonstrated experience in risk management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of client satisfaction and profitability.
  • OSHA 30 hour, First Aid and CPR certifications.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, Pvault, as well as an understanding of Primavera scheduling and BIM.
  • Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated to high-quality work.

Why Join Coakley & Williams Construction?

This is more than a project leadership role. It's an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing business unit within one of the Mid-Atlantic region's most respected construction firms.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a well-established Corporate Interiors business.
  • Influence strategic growth and market expansion.
