Scheduler to provide technical support to ensure construction projects planning and scheduling efforts comply with standards, codes, and specifications.

• Creates, maintains, updates, analyzes, and reports on engineering and construction project schedules.
• Oversees and manages the efforts of subordinate Project Schedulers.
• Works with design engineers and construction engineers to optimize project schedules and mitigate schedule delays.
• Conduct basic quality checks and assessments.
• Analyzes schedule related claims and change orders.
• Proficiency in Primavera.
• Generate schedule reports and narratives.
• Ensure schedule compliance with contract requirements.
• Demonstrate understanding of critical path method.
• Lead and manage change management, delays, and claims.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Adhere to company's guiding principles and values.
• Minimum 15 years of experience.
• Must have CCM certification.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent (or related experience).

• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Occasional travel (primarily local but may include domestic travel).
