PRO-Telligent, A Tetra Tech Company, needs a Mechanical Engineer in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan for construction of New US Embassy Compound (NEC) with State Department Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). Requires a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance. The Project
17.3 Acre New US Embassy Compound (NEC) Construction Project in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan The new construction includes:6-story NOB (New Office Building)2 CACs (Compound Access Control Facilities)
Site Development We ask for a minimum commitment of 12 to 18 months.

Housing and transportation allowances provided.

Uplift includes 25% of base salary, plus 25% COLA.Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 30 days paid time off a year, paid round trip flights home)​​​Position Description Provide DOS/OBO with a full range of critical engineering, construction quality assurance, and technical oversight.

Perform technical inspections of mechanical work, monitor construction contractor's quality control program, and review project drawings to ensure compliance.

Observe on-site construction and determine if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly.

Monitor construction progress with regard to project schedule and submit weekly progress reports with recommendations based on technical review of project documents and field inspections.

Requirements US Govt.
