Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate and communicate project progress to all stakeholders
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the job site
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

• Bachelor s degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Pro Core, Prolog, etc.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
