We are currently supporting a rapidly growing, privately owned integrated Owner/Developer/Builder in their search for a talented and ambitious Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent 2 to join their team in the DC area. The client we support has a reputation of hiring the best in the industry, developing staff internally and providing a platform to build some very exciting projects such as the current 400+ unit podium they have in the pipeline.
Key responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day site operations and project coordination.
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and jobsite progress.
- Support the Superintendent and Project Manager with inspections, documentation, and issue resolution.
Skills:
- 3+ years of construction experience in multi-family construction.
- Familiarity with key construction software such as Procore/Bluebeam.
- Proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail.
