Kimmel & Associates is recruiting for a Construction Estimator to join a growing Mid-Atlantic estimating team in the Baltimore/Washington, DC market. The role leads the estimating process from bid strategy through proposal submission, collaborating with the Chief Estimator, Project Managers, field personnel, clients, and vendors.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil/underground infrastructure, deep knowledge of trenchless methods, and proficiency in Heavy Bid
