We are looking for a Senior Associate, Designer to join our creative team. They will be responsible for designing and building digital experiences across client projects - from websites and landing pages to interactive tools and campaign microsites. The Senior Associate Designer will bring a sharp eye for user experience and interface design, translating strategic goals into intuitive, visually compelling digital products. They should be comfortable working across multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where political, advocacy, and corporate campaigns often move on tight timelines.

They will report to the VP of Creative and work alongside designers, developers, and cross-functional teams across the firm.

What You Will Be Doing:

    • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for client projects
    • Produce polished visual assets for digital campaigns as needed
    • Support data visualization design for reports, dashboards, or interactive content (a plus)
  • 25% Strategy & Collaboration
    • Partner with creative leads and strategists to develop UX approaches that serve campaign and communications goals
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality through implementation
    • Participate in client presentations and creative reviews
    • Contribute to creative development and pitching for new business projects
    • Coordinate with paid media, communications, and digital teams to ensure cohesive user experiences
  • 15% Project Management & Process

  • High-level proficiency in Figma
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and polished visual execution
  • Experience designing responsive websites and digital products
  • Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS awareness; you don't need to code, but you should speak the language)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Experience with web development project management - scoping, sprint planning, or QA workflows
  • Data visualization design skills (charts, infographics, interactive dashboards)
  • Experience in political campaigns, advocacy, public affairs, or agency settings
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Word Press, Webflow, etc.)
