Senior Event & Program Specialist, DC

Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary, Senior Event & Program Specialist to support their growing and busy Events team in Washington, DC for 3 months starting in February!

• Lead and manage student participants during the show.
• Oversee all logistics related to speakers and provide on-site support.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting.
• Manage program and operations
• Handle other tasks or projects as required.

• 4+ years of strong event and program management experience are required.
• Willing and able to travel April 17th-21st for an event.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 is required;
  Zen Desk experience is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• $35/hr-$40/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary for 3 months with the potential for the assignment to extend.
• Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.
• Hybrid with 3 days/week on site in Washington, DC.
• Metro accessible!
