Ensure a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.;
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients on site.;
Meet with guests on site to ensure their needs are met and the equipment setup is working properly.;
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and software issues during events; coordinate with staff and outside vendors as needed.;
Complete required paperwork and system entries, and assist in finalizing invoices with clients.
