Dreams Abroad is a nonprofit organization that empowers, connects, and funds mid-career professionals to learn abroad. Through our website, social media channels, scholarship, and local events, we provide essential resources and inspiration to guide individuals in finding opportunities for international work and experiential learning.

We are a fast-growing community and online publication focused on international education, travel, culture, and personal growth. We are looking for an experienced editor with a proven track record in content editing and deadline management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for some researching, organizing, editing, and adhering to Dreams Abroad style guide when appropriate. An interest in global careers abroad and international travel is preferred.

• Edit articles to meet Dreams Abroad style guide and SEO standards
• Work with our editorial team on current and previous articles to adhere to current trends online
• Collaborate with our team on style and implementation
• Work in our CMS (Word Press) and other online tools to organize website data
• Meet deadlines and prepare work product to post well in advance of publication
• Work with team to ensure content does not use AI and follows current best practices
• Remain up to date on current industry trends and be persistent on using them
• Work independently in a remote environment and be able to identify when assistance is needed
• Must be flexible, responsive, and collaborative
• We do not use AI to develop content and do not promote the use of AI. This role will be asked to adhere to our policy.

Bachelor’s degree required and minimum of three years work experience in the field.
