BRIDGE is WWF's summer internship program. Launched in 2021, it is a paid internship opportunity aimed at a pool of talented undergraduate and graduate students who could bring fresh thinking and innovation to the environmental sector. In particular, WWF aims to employ interns who have not previously had a breadth of professional experience and have not previously considered conservation as a career pathway.

Position Summary

WWF seeks a BRIDGE Knowledge Management and Visual Design Undergraduate Intern.

The Program Operations team is seeking a creative and detail-oriented intern to join the team and support the improvement of a departmental knowledge management system in SharePoint and training modules. In this role, the intern will collaborate with the Program Operations Senior Directors and subject matter experts to help transform existing intranet/Teams sites and training materials into visually appealing, user-friendly looking.

The intern will be responsible for creating graphics, layouts, and other visual assets that enhance the user's experience while maintaining the integrity and clarity of the information being taught.

Responsibilities

Description:

* Work closely with the team to design and produce high-quality visuals and content for the intranet/Teams sites and the training materials.

* Organize and restructure backend files on intranet/Teams sites to ensure logical, user-friendly filing and easy navigation.

* Create graphics, infographics, and layouts to support the intranet/Teams sites and various training formats, including e-learning modules, presentations, and resource materials.

* Ensure designs are aligned with the overall training objectives and branding guidelines.

* Maintain consistency in design across different training modules and intranet/Teams sites.

* Revise and update visual elements based on feedback from internal stakeholders.

* Assist in any other design-related tasks as needed to support Program Operations department.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* Pursuing an associate's or bachelor's program in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Those studying outside these areas are still highly encouraged to apply. Must be an actively enrolled student and not received degree at time of internship start date (June 1, 2026).
