We are seeking an elite, service-driven Concierge who will provide true five-star, butler-level support to every client in our portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone with a luxury hospitality mindset who takes pride in precision, discretion, and proactive service.

As a Concierge at White Glove Insurance, you are not just assisting clients — you are curating an exceptional experience.
You will function as the dedicated point of contact ensuring every client receives:
- Immediate access to their policies and our proprietary application
- Proactive communication and guidance
- Ongoing policy optimization and cost-saving insights
Core Responsibilities
White Glove Client Onboarding- Personally welcome and onboard every new client with a luxury, concierge-style experience
- Ensure clients have immediate and effortless access to our state-of-the-art application
- Guide clients through app setup, features, and policy visibility with patience and professionalism
- Eliminate friction and confusion from the onboarding process
- Serve as the primary concierge for client questions, needs, and service requests
- Deliver prompt, polished, and proactive communication via phone, text, and digital platforms
- Maintain ongoing high-touch relationships with each household
- Anticipate client needs before they arise
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure their policies remain optimized and aligned with life changes
- Notify clients of meaningful cost-saving opportunities (rate drops, refinancing alerts, bundling, coverage improvements)
- Coordinate internally with advisors to implement enhancements seamlessly
- Ensure clients always feel protected, informed, and cared for
- Act as the concierge guide for our AI-powered client platform
- Ensure clients confidently use the app for policy access, alerts, and updates
- Provide white-glove troubleshooting and personalized tech assistance
- Uphold a luxury-level client experience in every interaction
