SHIK Consulting Group supports client growth through structured, in-person marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. We are currently looking to add a Marketing & Client Support Associate to our on-site team in the DC Metro area.
This is an entry-level, full-time role suited to someone who wants practical experience in marketing, client interaction, and campaign execution within a team-based environment.
Role OverviewIn this position, you will support live marketing campaigns by working directly with customers at assigned locations. The focus is on clear communication, professionalism, and representing client brands accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities- Support client marketing campaigns through in-person customer engagement
- Communicate brand information clearly and professionally
- Conduct brief, structured presentations to explain products or services to customers
- Guide interested customers through the sign-up or enrollment process in line with campaign guidelines
- Assist with basic campaign reporting and feedback collection
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily objectives and performance standards
- Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people
- Interested in marketing, client services, or customer-facing roles
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structure
- Open to feedback and learning new processes
- Prior experience is not required; training is provided
