The CSR is responsible for accurately collecting and entering patient personal information into the company's computer system. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities- Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
- Accurately collect, enter, and upload patient personal information
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality control
- Maintain daily productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
- Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate accountability for accuracy and deadlines
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5p
