Shermen Bank International is seeking a Client Experience Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting the Bank’s Washington, D.C. office. This role plays a critical part in delivering a professional, welcoming, and high-touch experience for a uniquely global client base, including foreign governments, embassies, consulates, and international organizations.

Given the Bank’s focus on serving the diplomatic community, the role requires exceptional professionalism, cultural fluency, and sound judgment. The Client Experience Associate will regularly engage with international stakeholders and must be comfortable operating with a high degree of discretion, cultural sensitivity, and attention to detail.

Primary responsibilities include teller and deposit-related activities, working closely with the Deposit Operations team to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience. In addition, this role will maintain front-of-office responsibilities and some administrative work.

• Partner closely with Deposit Operations to process transactions and resolve client needs
• Assist with basic client banking transactions, including accepting deposits
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of client information and transaction documentation

Client Coordination & Support

• Maintain a high-touch, detail-oriented approach to client interactions
• Support client onboarding activities
• Assist with administrative tasks that support client banking needs

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients entering the office, providing a professional and welcoming first impression
• Manage front desk operations, including directing clients and coordinating with internal teams

• Prior Jack Henry Teller experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor
• Multilingual capabilities (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin) are highly desirable
• High level of discretion and professionalism when interacting with clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactional accuracy
• Experience supporting organizations within the diplomatic or international community is preferred
