Customer Service Specialist with English and Norwegian

Location:
Remote

• Daily customer contact through email and phone
• Processing customer orders for maintenance services
• Updating customer data to ensure the accuracy of internal records
• Ensuring effective communication within internal departments
• Cooperation with subcontractors in order to provide customers with requested services
• Handling issues and following the designated escalation path

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Very good command of English and Norwegian
• Previous experience in a customer service position in the retail or maintenance industry is desirable
• Excellent organization of working time, including very good priority setting
• Problem-solving skills, proactiveness and attention to detail
• Fast comprehension and an analytical and structured way of working
