Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated, versatile Endodontic Floater Dental Assistant to support our endodontic dental team across three practice locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in endodontic dental assisting, with the flexibility to adapt to various specialties and procedures.

Key Responsibilities- Assist endodontists during root canal and related procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict sterilization protocols
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records
- Support clinical efficiency across multiple practice locations
- Endodontic dental experience strongly preferred
- X-ray certification (required)
- Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and reliability to support multiple D.C.
