Our work is rooted in a designer-first philosophy, offering meticulously crafted, custom cabinetry that embodies both artistry and innovation. We are expanding our team and seeking an accomplished Kitchen Designer who brings vision, rigor, and a refined design sensibility to help shape extraordinary spaces for our Washington, D.C. market.

• Develop modern, innovative kitchen and bath design concepts for residential projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients to transform their vision and goals into exceptional, functional designs.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications.
• Oversee and coordinate project execution to ensure quality and design integrity.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in modern kitchen and bath design, with direct client interaction and sales experience.
• Proven ability to learn from past challenges, adapt quickly, and embrace continuous growth.
• Strong creative vision with a refined eye for contemporary, innovative design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in design software such as Vectorworks, Sketch Up, or other CAD programs.
