Renowned architecture & design studio with a large national presence is seeking a Project Architect for their Washington DC office.
Responsibilities- Designs project effectively and works with team members to resolve problems quickly
- Development and coordination of project documents through all phases of a project, from design through construction documents
- Lead and provide guidance to architectural staff throughout projects
- Coordinates design activity between the client, departments, and consultants.
- Monitors project progress for all disciplines as to development of design of the project
- Master or Bachelor of Architecture
- Registered Architect or the ability to become licensed
- 5-10+ years' of experience working on wide range of projects.
- Adept at design modeling, and drafting with Revit
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of building codes, design, and construction
- Previous experience working on a wide range of projects is ideal
