The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates (GW MFA) are seeking a full‑time, Board Certified Cornea Ophthalmologist to join a respected academic ophthalmology program in the heart of Washington, DC. • Academic Teaching Opportunity:
  Educate and mentor residents and students

• Provide cornea procedures like DMEK, DSAEK, PK, refractive surgery (LASIK/PRK), collagen cross‑linking, and cataract surgeries to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff with administrative assistance and a technician
• Document care using Epic

• Salary:
  Competitive compensation in the $300K–$400K range
• Sign‑On Bonus

• Position qualifies under PSLF

• Board Certified in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship trained in Cornea
• Required 5+ years of experience (following completion of training)
• Experience in academic settings preferred
• Eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia
• This position is eligible for H1‑B Visa sponsorship
