Description
The Emergency Medicine Physician (CA) will be responsible for patient care in hospital and clinic settings, as well as engaging in research, educational, and advocacy initiatives as directed by the Division Chief and/or Executive Director.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from an accredited medical school. Fully licensed and credentialed on the medical staff of Children’s National Medical Center.
- Required Skills/Knowledge: Current principles, methods, and procedures for medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment; legal and ethical standards; independent patient assessment; ethical patient communication; supervision and training of clinical staff; quality, safety, and infection control standards; commitment to Continuing Medical Education.
