Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p; call duties also

· Practice Setting:
Veteran Affairs Medical Center

· Types of Cases:
Neurology

· Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): CPAR

· Certifications

Required:

Board Certified or Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

· Licensure

Required:

Any Unrestricted State License
