DescriptionThe Georgetown Center for Business and Public Policy invites applications for postdoctoral fellowship positions in applied microeconomics and industrial organization for the academic calendar year 2026-28. These positions will begin in the Summer/Fall 2026 and continue for up to two years, subject to budget approval. We are particularly interested in scholars who examine competition, regulation or innovation, and those whose research focuses on the economics of, and economic policies directed toward, newly emerging business models and industries.
The Georgetown Center offers a competitive stipend, as well as support for travel and research-related expenses. Postdoctoral Fellows will join an active economics research community, have ample opportunities to connect with new collaborators and mentors, and present and obtain feedback on their own research.

CompensationThe projected salary or hourly pay range for this position is $85,000-$100,000.
QualificationsApplicants should have completed their Ph.D. no earlier than August 2024 or must anticipate receiving a Ph.D. no later than August 31, 2025.
