GT School is revolutionizing education with AI, expert coaching, and 50+ years of learning science. We help gifted and talented learners finish high school by 8th grade—5‑10x faster than conventional approaches.

We seek coaches who recognize themselves in our students: ultra‑high performers who understand the ambition to achieve more, faster. This role is not about teaching; you will mentor and guide gifted children to complete high school years ahead of schedule using AI tools and motivational strategies.

• Mentor and inspire gifted learners to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways.
• Guide students in developing life skills (grit, resilience, focus, public speaking) in parallel with academic objectives.
• Use AI tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction.
• Drive students to progress in adaptive learning applications and reach ambitious learning milestones.
• Work alongside a team that is reimagining education for high‑achieving students.

• Willing to work in‑person in Austin (Georgetown), TX.
• Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual‑enrollment, etc.).
• At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high‑achieving youth.
• Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational context (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction).
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. Base pay: $50 USD/hour ($100,000 USD/year). Relocation support provided. Day‑one health benefits. Payment is weekly. You will enter into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
