• Experience working with any of the following functions of Digital:
  Email, SMS, Ads, Social, Reporting, Customer Success, Business Development, and Web Development
• Experience working on Capitol Hill, on a campaign, in an agency setting, or for Republican committees is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• A commitment to Republican causes and ideas
• Proficiency in reporting, Excel, or data analysis
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Self-starters who are driven and motivated to make a difference
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to exceed assigned responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
