MIRACORP is seeking a Curriculum Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and support delivery of curricula across in-person, online, and blended learning environments and advise personnel on instructional design practices. This position is in support of Department of State, Directorate of Passport Services.

Essential Functions Provide curriculum development and delivery support for assigned projects.

Develop learning content for in-person, online, or blended delivery.

Determine appropriate uses of learning technology for each instructional situation.

Review and assess education and training courses.

Inform and instruct personnel on best practices for instructional system design.

Align curriculum materials and delivery approaches with identified learning needs.

QualificationsU.S. citizenship is required.

Ability to pass a federal background check.

Must possess a SECRET personnel security clearance.

Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.

Curriculum development.

Instructional system design.

Assessment of training courses.

Selection of learning technologies.

Communication and instructional support.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with the U.S. Department of State is preferred.
