MIRACORP is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and organize instructor and student materials to support training delivery and an effective learning environment. This position is in support of Department of State, Directorate of Passport Services.

Essential Functions Prepare instructor materials, including course outlines, background materials, and training aids.

Prepare course manuals, workbooks, and handouts for students.

Prepare completion certificates and course critique forms.

Organize training materials so they are complete and ready for use.

Coordinate material preparation with personnel supporting the learning environment.

Perform related support activities needed for training delivery.

QualificationsU.S. citizenship is required.

Ability to pass a federal background check.

Must possess a SECRET personnel security clearance.

Associate’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience; or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.

Training material preparation.

Organization.

Attention to detail.

Document coordination.

Communication with instructors and training personnel.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with the U.S. Department of State is preferred.
