Overview

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Structural Engineer.

Position type:
Full-time, Contract

Duration: 12 months, possible extension

Location:

Washington, DC- 20068 (On-site)

A Mid-level Engineer is a professional with several years of experience in the field of engineering. Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific engineering discipline, but generally include:

• Leading and managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Designing, developing, and testing products, systems, or structures.
• Conducting research and analysis to solve complex engineering problems.
• Preparing and reviewing engineering documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Evaluating and selecting materials and equipment for projects.
• Participating in project planning and management activities.
• Performing calculations and simulations to support engineering designs.
• Collaborating with other engineers, professionals, and stakeholders on project teams.
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.

Bachelor s in Civil / Structural Engineering, PE, 10 to 15 years of experience in engineering and electrical utility projects. STAAD experience.

Pay Range*: $77.00 - $82.00 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
