ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, providing leadership and support to the Built Environment team. Your duties include:
- Developing design concepts, creating models from scratch, and coordinating designs with clients, construction trade partners, and other disciplines.
- Conveying structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models.
- Providing project leadership for a small team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, training, developing your team, and building and maintaining team morale.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field.
- At least 1 year of Revit experience.
- At least 3 years of AutoCAD design experience.
- At least 2 years of Revit experience.
- Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures.
- Experience leading a team of designers.
- Experience with healthcare, institutional, or commercial buildings.
- Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
