Senior Spacecraft​/Hardware Electrical Engineer

We are partnering with a cutting‑edge space technology company looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who has personally owned complex hardware designs, not just reviewed them.

This role is for engineers who can confidently say:

👉 “I designed that board.”

• Own schematic design, PCB layout oversight, bring‑up, debug, and release
• Design high‑reliability electronics for space or mission‑critical environments
• Work with high‑speed digital, power, mixed‑signal, and/or RF boards
• Support hardware through test, integration, EMI/EMC, and environmental qualification
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, firmware, RF, and systems teams

• Proven end‑to‑end PCB ownership (this is a must)
• Experience with tools like Altium, OrCAD, Cadence, or Mentor
• Comfort with multi‑layer boards
  , bring‑up, and failure analysis
• Background in space, aerospace, defense, satellite, or similar high‑reliability hardware
• Ability to explain why design decisions were made — not just what was done

• Test‑only or validation‑only profiles
• Engineers who’ve only supported boards designed by others
