A leading MEP subcontractor, design-build, and service firm with regional offices in DC, MD, PA & VA.
JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes. Projects include, data centers, healthcare and federal buildings up to $100m.
REQUIREMENTS- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years commercial construction project management experience (mechanical required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Sage, AutoCAD
- Experience managing large commercial projects
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Light travel and client meeting attendance as required
- 10+ years MEP experience, LEED accreditation
- Deliver MEP works from design to commissioning and handover.
- Manage MEP subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Coordinate MEP design and construction with consultants and stakeholders.
- Control programme, budget, quality and risk for MEP packages.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations and HSE standards.
- Manage variations, technical issues and project documentation.
- Lead commissioning, testing and handover activities.
