We have an immediate opening for a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA/DCX) and US Navy in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities- Support planning and execution of Joint hardware-in-the-loop / software-in-the-loop ground tests, Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) events, flight tests, exercises, and demonstrations
- Coordinate, develop and refine technical requirements necessary to develop Operational and Systems Architectures
- Providing technical guidance and support for ongoing Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control efforts
- Assist Navy's CEC Program Office with JTMC Bridge Development
- Build Long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Brief technical requirements and architectures to high-ranking Service and MDA stakeholders
- At least 20 years related systems engineering experience, preferably with Integrated Air and Missile Defense related systems
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test incorporating complex threat scenarios
- Hands on experience in testing and integration
- Experience with DOORS, MBSE, Rhapsody, Unix, Matlab, C, C++, Gitlab, Cameo
- Proven problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel 20-25% of the time
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be US Citizen
- MS Office

Salary: $150000 - $210000 per year
