Sr Mechanical Engineer/Dept. Head (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Mechanical Department Head to lead our team. Successful candidates will have a strong background in MEP consulting (Mechanical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection Engineering) with proven leadership experience. Projects include commercial buildings, mission critical facilities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, government buildings, and more.

Sr Mechanical Engineer/Dept. Head (Hybrid)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
  • 12-15+ years of AEC experience preferred
  • 2-3+ years of leadership experience
  • PE licensed required
  • Revit proficiency required
  • Strong design and documentation experience
  • Expert knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering principles, practices, and trends
  • Excellent project, people, and time management skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, leadership, and attention to detail skills
