Process Engineer Supervisor
The Process Engineer Supervisor is responsible for leading process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across Mixing, Filling, and Assembly operations. This position serves as the technical expert for manufacturing processes, driving operational excellence, improving productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also provides technical leadership for capital projects, new product introductions, and manufacturing capability development.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, OEE, and process reliability.
- Analyzing and resolving process-related issues using root cause analysis and data-driven methodologies.
- Supporting new product introductions, process validation, and manufacturing trials.
- Driving waste reduction, cost-saving, and capacity improvement initiatives.
- Leading process engineering activities for equipment upgrades and capital projects.
- Developing and maintaining process standards, SOPs, and best practices.
- Collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational targets.
- Coaching and providing technical guidance to engineers and operations teams.
- Ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Mixing, Filling, and Assembly processes.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
- 1-year contract.
