Sr Mechanical HVAC Engineer (Data Centers)

• Layout and design HVAC systems for electric vehicles, data centers, and heavy industrial facilities.
• Develop design criteria covering general comfort, precise temperature/humidity control, pressurization requirements, and cleanliness for clean room applications.
• Create conceptual and preliminary design documents, including sizing and selection calculations, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P IDs), and general arrangements.
• Layout ductwork systems based on P IDs.
• Prepare final design documents with specifications, sequences of operation, piping layout, and construction drawings for systems such as chilled water and cooling water.
• Coordinate with other disciplines.

• Ten (10) or more years of HVAC system design experience.
• Professional Engineering License or the ability to obtain one within six months.
• In-depth knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required;
  Mechanical preferred.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced team environments with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to lead a building mechanical team on a project and collaborate with other discipline teams remotely.

• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
• Design experience of plumbing/utility systems.
