The Floodplain, Wetlands, and Groundwater Branch of the DC Department of Energy and Environment seeks a qualified professional to review permit applications, conduct site evaluations, and provide technical guidance on floodplain management. This role supports resilience programs and flood risk infrastructure projects in the District.
Qualified applicants will have specialized floodplain management experience and a valid driver’s license; a Certified Floodplain Manager credential is desirable.
