Job Description- Collaborating with other engineers, clients, and business stakeholders to identify and develop technical solutions and designs.
- Produce transportation design plans, specifications, and estimate packages.
- Perform traffic engineering studies, analysis, and modeling.
- Utilize traffic simulation software to assess the impact of roadway designs and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned transportation projects.
- Work with public agencies and private clients to develop and implement project plans.
- Implement recommendations for improving engineering process standards and documentation.
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 12 months experience in the job offered.
- Verifiable references.
- Knowledge or experience in preparing transportation design plans, specifications, and cost estimates involving temporary traffic control, traffic signals, signing, pavement markings, lighting systems, utilities, and roadway geometry.
- Knowledge or experience in utilizing Micro Station software to develop detailed design deliverables in compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Knowledge or experience in troubleshooting and resolving design issues during planning and engineering phases.
