The United States Senate Sergeant at Arms is seeking qualified candidates for a Network Engineer with strong expertise in wireless network technologies to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded individual who enjoys both advanced wireless engineering and practical field installation work. In this hands-on role, candidates will be responsible for the design, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of enterprise wireless networks and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless networks using Aruba HPE platforms (ArubaOS, Mobility Conductor, Air Wave, Aruba Instant, and Access Points).
- Configure and manage Aruba wireless controllers, access points, and related infrastructure.
- Perform physical installation, mounting, and cabling of wireless access points (Cat6/6a termination, PoE switches, cable routing).
- Troubleshoot RF issues, client connectivity, and network performance.
- Conduct site surveys, wireless assessments, and post-installation validation to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and network performance.
