• Junior Quality Engineer (0–3 years)
• Quality Engineer (3–6 years)
• Senior Quality Engineer (6–10 years)
• Staff/Principal Quality Engineer (10+ years)

• Quality planning, inspection processes, and control plan development
• Root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA, 8D)
• Supplier quality management and incoming inspection
• Statistical process control (SPC) and process capability studies
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (Six Sigma/ASQ certification a plus for senior-level roles)
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar)
• Familiarity with root cause analysis tools and SPC methods
• Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading quality programs

Salary range: $60,000-$150,000. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
