• Junior Validation Engineer (0–3 years)
• Validation Engineer (3–6 years)
• Senior Validation Engineer (6–10 years)
• Staff/Principal Validation Engineer (10+ years)

• Test plan development and validation protocol design
• Component, system, and integration-level testing
• Root cause analysis and failure investigation
• Test data analysis and reporting
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, quality, and manufacturing teams

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (Master's a plus for senior-level roles)
• Experience with test equipment, DAQ systems, and validation standards
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading validation programs

Salary range: $60,000-$150,000. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
