Duties
Responsible for the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) data in the General Services Administration (GSA) Reimbursable Work Authorization (RWA), Entry and Tracking Application (eRETA) customer portal for information integrated with GSA's financial management system, providing users real-time access to RWA project and financial information. Oversees the design and construction of space layouts and implementation of equipment and technology such as security systems, data, and telephone placements.
Provides space planning and utilization support and assistance to BOP officials for the development of effective space layout and design features to accommodate additional workload and staff. Reviews and evaluates cost estimates of renovations, and/or acquisitions for acceptability and consistency with labor and material costs in the various areas of the United States.
