Salary: $150,000-$220,000 + Excellent Benefits, ESOP, 4+ weeks of PTO
Are you an experienced Site/Civil Engineer ready to take the next step into office leadership?
We're working with a highly respected engineering consultancy seeking a Site/Civil Office Lead to drive the growth of its Washington, DC office. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a talented team, build strong client relationships, and oversee a diverse portfolio of land development projects across the DMV.
What You'll Do- Lead and grow the Washington, DC Site/Civil team.
- Manage projects from concept through construction.
- Mentor and develop engineers and project managers.
- Build and maintain client relationships while supporting business development.
- Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- PE license required.
- 10+ years of Site/Civil engineering experience.
- Strong background in land development, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design.
- Proven leadership and client management experience.
