• Design equipment according to application specifications, customer requirements, and within operational timelines.
• Apply engineering principles and practices in design, development, analysis, and release of projects.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.
• Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities and work with product development teams to implement them.
• Develop knowledge and become a subject matter expert within the engineering department.
• Build an in-depth understanding of Intralox Activated Roller Belt Technology.
• Support generation of project documentation and equipment manuals.
• Support equipment installation and start-up and assist with troubleshooting field issues sometimes at customer site.

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 0-2 years experience. Industrial machine design, conveyor equipment design experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient at creating detailed part, weldment, assembly, and installation drawings using Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D modeling software.
• Proficient with measuring devices, tools, and reading and understanding electrical schematics, P&, and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient with commonly used GD&T concepts.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office. Knowledgeable in programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑managed individual who is a team player.
• Travel required (5%) for equipment installation, start‑up or troubleshooting often taking place on weekends and holidays to meet customer scheduling requirements.

• 3D sheet metal design experience.
• Windchill PLM experience.

Salary Range: $74,300 to $174,300.

This position is eligible for commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.
